This Privacy Policy explains how PlayMENA ("PlayMENA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play our hyper-casual mobile games, including Hexa Puzzle, and use this website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). You can play anonymously without creating an account. If you choose to, you may sign in to save your progress and play across devices, and we will then receive certain information.
2.1 Information You Provide
- Login information (optional): if you sign in with Facebook (or, where available, Apple or Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name, profile picture, and a unique account identifier. We never receive or store your social account password.
- Game profile: a display name and your game progress, which we store in our game backend so it can be saved and synced.
- Purchases: when you make an in-app purchase, the payment is processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple). We receive confirmation of the purchase and what you are entitled to, but not your full payment card details.
- Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Gameplay data: levels played, scores, in-app activity, session duration, and feature interactions.
- Log & technical data: IP address, access times, and crash reports.
- Advertising & analytics identifiers: your device's advertising ID and similar identifiers, collected through Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Firebase / Google Analytics (app analytics and crash reporting) to display ads and understand how our games are used. These partners may also infer an approximate (coarse) location from your IP address.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain our games;
- To save and sync your game progress when you choose to sign in;

- Service providers: hosting, analytics, and support partners who act on our behalf. In particular, we use Microsoft PlayFab as our game backend to store your game progress and player profile, in accordance with Microsoft's privacy practices (Microsoft Privacy Statement).
- Advertising & analytics partners: we use Google AdMob to show ads and Google Firebase / Google Analytics for analytics and crash reporting. These services may process device and advertising identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies (Google Privacy Policy). We do not serve personalized (interest-based) ads to users we know to be under 13.
- App stores: Google Play and Apple process your in-app purchases and provide us with confirmation of the transaction.
- Other players: if you appear on a leaderboard, your display name and score are visible to other players.
- Legal & safety: authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our partners (such as Google AdMob and Firebase) use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure how the Service is used, and deliver ads. You can reset or limit ad tracking through your device's advertising settings, and manage cookies through your browser. Some features may not function properly if these are disabled.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
