1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PlayMENA ("PlayMENA," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PlayMENA gaming and entertainment platform, including our mobile applications, website, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our consent.

4. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PlayMENA.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
• Post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service;
• Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity;
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Purchases & Virtual Items

The Service may offer virtual currency, items, or other in-app purchases ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, are licensed not sold, and cannot be exchanged for real money outside the Service. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices and availability may change at any time.

7. Display Name

If you choose a display name (for example, to appear on a leaderboard), you must not use a name that is offensive, infringes the rights of others, impersonates another person, or is otherwise unlawful. We may change or remove a display name that violates these Terms. Your display name and score may be visible to other players on public leaderboards.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its games, software, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by PlayMENA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayMENA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayMENA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jordan, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
